Main Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-potential Chinese agencies and clients to generate new business opportunities
- Present media packages and advertising solutions in a clear and persuasive way, tailored to client needs
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand client portfolio
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service
- Collaborate with internal teams—such as creative, operations, and production—to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to team leadership
- Support additional projects and tasks as assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Native or fluent Mandarin speaker, with strong proficiency in Thai; English is a plus
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the media, advertising, or agency sectors
- Proven ability to connect with Chinese clients and navigate cultural nuances effectively
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a confident, client-focused mindset
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams
