Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager – Internal Communication & Engagement Activity is responsible for developing and executing the internal communication strategy and managing employee engagement initiatives to foster a connected and motivated workforce. This role ensures timely and effective communication across the organization while designing and implementing activities that enhance employee participation, satisfaction, and alignment with company values and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal Communication Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication plan aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage the scheduling and dissemination of announcements and messages to all employees on time.
- Review and refine communication content and artwork to ensure clarity, accuracy, and engagement in both Thai and English
- Content Creation and Review:
- Create and edit engaging content for newsletters, emails, intranet, and other internal channels.
- Ensure messages are clear, concise, and tailored to diverse employee groups.
- Provide feedback and guidance on visual materials to enhance message impact.
- Engagement Activity Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities and events that promote teamwork, morale, and company culture.
- Collaborate with various departments to support and amplify engagement initiatives.
- Monitor participation and gather feedback to continuously improve engagement efforts.
- Collaboration and Alignment:
- Work closely with leadership and department heads to ensure consistent messaging and engagement across the organization.
- Facilitate communication flow between management and employees to foster transparency and trust.
- Feedback and Measurement:
- Collect and analyze employee feedback on communication and engagement programs.
- Measure the effectiveness of initiatives and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Proven experience in internal communication and employee engagement roles.
- Excellent command of Thai and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with communication tools and digital platforms.
