Assistant Manager – Risk Management

Job Summary:
Responsible for implementing and monitoring the company’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across all business units. This role ensures the timely identification, reporting, and planning of actions to mitigate risks while fostering a risk-aware culture within Plan B Media and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement ERM policies, processes, and risk assessment tools across the organization.
Identify, assess, and monitor key risks from all business units; track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and prepare monthly dashboards for management review.
Consolidate and analyze risk reports from subsidiaries, highlighting significant risks and mitigation plans for management discussion.
Organize and facilitate quarterly Risk Management Workshops and Subcommittee Meetings.
Prepare quarterly risk reports and presentations for the Management Board and Risk Management Committee.
Support crisis management and business continuity planning.
Conduct internal training and coordinate with auditors, insurers, and regulators on risk-related matters.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or corporate governance.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with risk reporting tools and regulatory requirements is a plus.
