Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a results-driven, analytical, and strategic thinker to join our team as an Associate II – Value Management. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business performance by analyzing sales data, monitoring competitors, and identifying actionable insights that influence business decisions. You’ll collaborate across teams to shape pricing, product, and sales strategies, using powerful tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce to visualize and communicate complex data with clarity and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver insightful sales performance analysis and regular reports to support business decision-making.
Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and provide actionable recommendations to the sales team.
Partner with the sales and strategy teams to design data-informed sales, pricing, and product strategies.
Translate data from internal sources and market trends into strategic recommendations.
Develop, design, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce to support business planning and performance tracking.
Identify and integrate valuable internal and external data sources, and automate data collection and reporting processes.
Collaborate with the team to develop predictive models and machine learning solutions to solve real business challenges and uncover new opportunities.
Support additional tasks and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
2–3 years of experience in business analysis, marketing, sales operations, or a related area.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM platforms is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Thai and English (TOEIC ≥ 600).
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
