What we’re looking for:
- 7-10 years of HR experience, with 3-5 years in a management role.
- Possess a strong understanding of compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS.
- A natural leader, capable of inspiring and developing a team.
- Innovative, and always looking for ways to improve processes.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great analysis & logic thinking
- Advance knowledge of Thailand’s labor law is preferred.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Oversee payroll and People Services operations for efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain and optimize our HRIS to ensure data integrity and usability.
- Plan and execute HR projects and initiatives.
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Oversee employee discipline, ensuring that employees who commit offenses receive appropriate and justifiable punishment. Must be able to uphold the rules firmly, remaining steadfast in their integrity, yet also act with humanity.
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the team.
- Other special projects as assigned.
