Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you’ll coordinate work across multiple teams—tech, product, content, marketing—and help move ideas into action. Your job is to keep timelines clear, teams synced, and projects moving forward smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with developers, product owners, and UX teams to move features through the development cycle
  • Plan and manage project timelines, sprints, and deliverables
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Monitor progress and flag issues early (delays, scope creep, resource gaps)
  • Ensure team members are clear on priorities and next steps
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation (tasks, timelines, changes)
  • Work closely with QA to support testing and deployment processes
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on progress and key decisions

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in IT or software project management
  • Familiar with Agile / Scrum methodology and tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
  • Good understanding of how software is built — even if you don’t code
  • Strong coordination, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects and keep momentum
  • Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in a startup or EdTech environment is a big plus
