  • Investor Relations (Senior Manager)

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop a comprehensive Investor Relations framework and strategy
    • Create and analyse information related to the company’s operation as well as financial performance in IR materials such as presentation, investor note, fact sheet to communicate with shareholders and related investors
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that monthly forecasts are supported on the basis of up-to-date business assumptions.
    • Prepare and monitor long term financial projection to support management decision making
    • Manage the execution of corporate finance engagements, including business valuation, M&A, fund raising, and financial model reviews
    • Study various financial instruments and investment structures to gather and earn information to be ready to support the firm’s expansion plans
    • Analyse financial and market trends, both in Thailand and internationally, to assist management in creating strategic plans for the future
    • Coordinate with other departments regarding annual budget processes, and prepare the consolidated budget of the company for Management
    • Lead IR activity and execute effective IR strategy for the investment community and stakeholders (i.e. shareholders, analysts, fund managers and regulators)
    • Manage and prepare all of the company disclosures, business performance reports, and any IR contents and materials in accordance with SET and SEC requirements
    • Organize activities and documents to support investor relations’ tasks (e.g. Annual Report, Analyst Meeting, Annual General Meeting, Shareholder Analysis, etc.)
    • Act as the company spokesman to communicate with the investment community, analysts, investors, financial institutions and regulators
    • Provide information to the company’s management and Board of Director involving stock performance, peer comparison, market perception to the company and industry
    • Manage communication channels and create a good relationship among shareholders and investors

    Qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics
    • At least 5 years of working experience in investor relations field
    • A good knowledge of SEC/SET rules, regulations and appropriate requirements
    • Experience of developing and managing a team of cross-functional marketers
    • Mature, proactive, initiative and a good problem solver
    • Good interpersonal and coordinating skills
    • Strong financial and numerous skills
    • Good strategic thinking analytical skills and fast responded
    • Excellent communication in English (TOEIC 800)
  • Sales (Sports)

    Responsibilities :

    • Drive sales efforts for sponsorship and all assets under company’s portfolio
    • Work closely with the marketing team to understand and be able to interpret the properties and assets
    • Work alongside Business Development Manager to identify and connect the company to new clients/businesses (sales leads)
    • Present sponsorship proposals to clients
    • Recommend the most appropriate sponsorship package and types of media for specific clients and their campaigns
    • Lead the client service team to provide sponsors with after sales service and liaison with the team.
    • Manage client relationships in order to build their respect and trust in company services.
    • Work together with the marketing team to create and be the keeper of table of content for all the right entitlements and sponsors
    • Oversee the compilation of all sponsorship activity reports for clients
    • Work hand in hand with the marketing team to evaluate the effectiveness of sponsorship for future strategies.
    • Support client service team

    Qualifications

    • Over 3 years of sponsorship sales/media sales/client service (advertising) experience
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
    • Good command of English
    • Thai Nationality, Male/female over 25 years old
    • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Powerpoint
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Persuasive and articulate
    • Strong negotiator

  • Associate Signboard Tax

    Responsibilities

    • จัดทำเอกสารในการยื่นแบบแสดงรายการภาษีป้าย
    • ตรวจสอบงานติดตั้งสื่อโฆษณาเพื่อใช้ในการยื่นแบบแสดงรายการภาษีป้าย
    • ติดต่อประสานงานและติดตามงานกับฝ่ายรายได้สำนักงานของสำนักงานเขต เทศบาล และ องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล
    • ติดต่อและประสานงานภายในองค์กร
    • จัดทำ Presentation/สรุปประเมินค่าใช้จ่ายภาษีป้ายในแต่ละเดือน
    • งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

    Qualifications

    • วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
    • สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office/Vlookup/Pivot/IF

  • Sports Account Executive

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Responsible for handling assigned client accounts to deliver to clients their full benefit entitlements (or more) while ensuring the highest possible quality of service
    • Actively engage with clients to seek out their needs, requirements and challenges with full understanding of their objectives and limitations
    • Actively provide clients with marketing ideas, football news, fans insights and trends.
    • Keep track of clients’ benefit inventory and regularly update supervisor and upper management.
    • Routinely update clients on sponsorship entitlement inventory in their respective sponsoring platforms and the calendar of all key events and activities
    • Work hand in hand with internal divisions such as Marketing, Marketing communication, On-ground activation, production team to help client execute sponsorship initiatives
    • Liaise with counterparts from external parties to ensure all clients executions are carried out according to plan and client’s requirements
    • Report directly to Account Manager

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Male/female
    • Over 2 years of experience in sales (in any field) or account management at advertising agency
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
    • Good command of English
    • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Power point
    • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Ability to deal with situations requiring the assessment of priorities under pressure

  • Client Service (Sports Marketing)

    Responsibilities :

    • Ensure the highest possible quality of customer service for customers
    • Deliberate with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems.
    • Ensure that processes are followed and bring in new ideas for improvement
    • Constantly work towards improving customer experience
    • Handle customers and vendors requests, as well as external communication with them
    • Manage service enquiries and disputes arising from our clients;
    • Maintain good relationships and community building efforts with taxi drivers and passengers;
    • Perform administrative tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree or higher.

  • Accountant (Junior/Senior Level)

    Responsibilities :

    • Handle to accounting monthly close
    • Prepare, collate and translate accounts payable (AP) documentation including all payments to suppliers and staff
    • Send out accounts receivable (AR) documentation including invoice and receipt
    • Perform monthly calculation and prepare WHT, VAT, reconciliation
    • Prepare tax return such as PND. 3, 53, 54, 36
    • Financial Statement Closing Process will be great advantage but not necessary
    • Manage all account reconciliations and resolve accounting discrepancies
    • Other tasks as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
    • At least 5 years working in Accounting or Audit firm (For Senior Level)
    • At least 1 – 3 years working in Accounting or Audit firm (For Junior Level)
    • Strong background in Accounting Standard, understand in all accounting process.
    • Proficiency in English communication is advantage

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, Marketing or related field
    • Minimum 2 – 5 years of publishing sales or media business, understand in  media & online advertising sales will be advantage
    • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in English communication is advantage
