What You’ll Do:
Build & Strengthen Client Relationships
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Help & Support’ communication flows to ensure clients are routed to the correct department for swift resolution.
- Collaborate and Attend the meetings to understand client needs, expectations, and areas for improvement in the client’s relationship and identify opportunities to optimize their ad-spend through CRM insights.”
Develop & Execute CRM Strategies and Planning
- Oversee and maintain an accurate customer database.
- Use analytics to generate insights and refine CRM strategies for stronger engagement.
- Analyze customer data to uncover trends, optimize engagement, and drive retention programs.
- Design and implement an innovative CRM strategy to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Leverage CRM tools and technologies to enhance communication and personalize client interactions.
Collaborate & Align with Business Goals
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align CRM strategies with company objectives.
- Facilitate seamless communication between departments to deliver a top-tier customer experience.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize business potential.
Drive Customer Satisfaction & Retention
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns before they escalate.
- Develop solutions that enhance the overall client experience.
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations, gather insights, and implement continuous improvements.
Educate & Empower Teams
- Educate internal teams on CRM best practices and customer-centric approaches.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging CRM technologies to drive innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM, ideally in the Out of Home Media industry.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, strategies, and technology.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer engagement tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong negotiation and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experienced in Advertising business will be valued
- Strong preference will be given to candidates with 4–5 years of experience in Media Planning or Planning roles.
