Core Responsibilities & Exciting Challenges
- Support strategic sales initiatives for government agencies, taking ownership of complex, high-value projects
- Analyze and ensure compliance of TORs, craft commercial proposals, and manage all documents to meet state regulations
- Collaborate across multifunctional teams (graphics, CS, accounting, legal) to deliver projects smoothly and effectively
- Build and sustain strong relationships with government stakeholders; represent the company in official meetings, resolve issues proactively, and contribute creative solutions
- Manage customer and official records with top ISO and CRM standards
- Actively participate in key government events and adapt to work outside normal hours/on the field when required
What Makes You A Talent Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Law, Marketing, Business or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in government project management/sales, TOR document preparation, or e-GP bidding (plus advantage)
- Deep understanding of sales, strong analytical skills for government requirements, and outstanding organizational communication
- Exceptional accuracy in document management, goal-driven project mastering
- Proven leadership, team motivation skills, and strong problem-solving capacity
- Can Do Attitude, proactive mindset, result-oriented approach, and hungry for continuous learning
- Proficient in CRM platforms (SalesForce) and Microsoft Office
- High flexibility: able to thrive under pressure, embrace change, and work across locations
