Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, verify, and record income and expense transactions with accuracy; coordinate with finance teams and auditors to ensure completeness and compliance of financial data1.
- Perform monthly general ledger and bank reconciliation to ensure transparency and auditability1.
- Prepare monthly financial statement details and tax reports (P.N.D. 2, 3, 53, 54, P.P. 30, P.P. 36) prior to submission to the Revenue Department1.
- Drive process improvements and propose innovative ideas to enhance accounting accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate and communicate with multiple departments to maintain up-to-date accounting standards and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; minimum 5 years relevant experience1.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles1.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLookup, Pivot Table).
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership ability, and keen attention to detail.
