Role Summary: We are looking for a Marketing Project Specialist to lead and manage football sponsorship projects, ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly from planning to delivery. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to drive marketing initiatives for football-related sponsorships, maintaining strong relationships and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage football sponsorship marketing projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for campaigns.
- Coordinate resources across marketing and shared services to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing updates and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress, escalate risks, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams to ensure campaign success.
Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or project management.
- Experience in sports marketing, sponsorship, or campaign management is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for football is a must.
