Role Summary

We’re looking for a talented designer to define and drive the visual identity of bold, football-first brand campaigns. You’ll own the look & feel across all touchpoints — from concept to execution — inspiring fans through powerful visuals rooted in football culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of visual direction for football-led brand campaigns from pitch to production.
  • Translate brand and campaign strategy into high-impact visuals that resonate with football audiences.
  • Design and oversee key visuals, stadium branding, digital assets, merchandise, and social content.
  • Direct and guide designers, animators, and motion teams to maintain visual consistency and excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and content teams to build cohesive and compelling campaigns.
  • Stay plugged into global design, sports, and fan culture trends, and apply insights to creative outputs.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Can speak the language of football — on and off the pitch.
  • Have experience working with football clubs, athletes, or sports brands.
  • Are comfortable with fast-paced environments and ever-shifting match schedules.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in creative design and campaign execution.
  • Portfolio showcasing original, high-impact campaign work, especially projects rooted in sport, youth, or fan culture.
  • Passion for football is a must.
