Role: Build Thailand’s most engaging Premier League community through standout content, bold strategies, and a deep understanding of football fans, driven by strong content marketing and impactful social communication.

Key Responsibilities

·  Lead strategy and storytelling for Premier League-focused content across social platforms with a strong focus on engaging, shareable content that drives conversations and builds loyal fan communities

·  Own the brand voice: make it sharp, relevant, and thumb-stopping for football fans

·  Develop strong and consistent marketing communication plans that align with organizational goals and reflect the dynamic nature of football culture

·  Clearly convey marketing concepts, information, and strategies through speaking, writing, and presenting

·  Create compelling, high-quality content for a variety of platforms — including press releases, articles, ads, social media posts, and fan engagement pieces

·  Lead and oversee marketing efforts across online channels (social media, SEO/SEM, Email, Content Marketing) and offline channels (PR, events, print media)

·  Analyze performance data from campaigns to refine and enhance content and social communication strategies

·  Guide, mentor, and inspire the marketing communication team to deliver impactful content and collaborative ideas

·  Plan, manage, and track multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget

·  Identify issues and solve problems logically and efficiently

·  Be passionate about and knowledgeable in both Thai and international football — understanding what fans want, when they want it, and how they want to talk about it


Qualifications
:

·  Minimum 8 years of experience in strong content marketing, marketing communication, or strategic communication roles

·  Creative, energetic, and fluent in football culture — from memes to match tactics

·  Excellent communication and presentation skills

·  Strong strategic thinking and decision-making ability based on data

·  Hands-on experience developing social-first content, managing online communities, and working with both digital and offline marketing tools

·  Proven leadership and team management skills

·  Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

·  Background in sports, football, or media industry is a plus
