Responsibilities:
- Support development, maintenance, and optimization of performance dashboards (performance, auto-period, timeline versions)
- Input, update, and verify financial cost and revenue data to ensure accuracy
- Assist in generating insights and benchmark analyses
- Prepare bi-weekly, monthly decks, charts, and summary reports for management
- Support automation of slides and dashboards for recurring reports
- Collaborate with Ticketing, Marketing, F&B, Merchandise, and other teams to align data, reporting, and operational updates
- Assist in streamlining workflows, maintaining key metric trackers, and improving data version control
- Support account matching, P&L reconciliation, and tracking refunds or commission adjustments
- Assist in preparing insights and ad-hoc analyses for management decisions
Required Background / Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- Technical Skills: Basic Excel/Google Sheets, familiarity with Power BI/Tableau, understanding of data management
- Analytical Skills: Able to analyze data, spot trends, work with large datasets, basic financial/P&L understanding
- Communication & Collaboration: Good verbal and written skills, able to coordinate with multiple teams
- Other Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, able to prioritize tasks, eager to learn dashboard development and reporting automation
