- Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations, and ensure all project activities align accordingly.
- Develop project plans that align with client goals and deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Support client retention by maintaining long-term relationships and continuously delivering value.
- Attend client meetings, summarize key points, and ensure all follow-up actions are clearly communicated and executed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an advertising agency or account management role.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience in project planning, budget control, and client servicing.
