Key Responsibilities:

Sales Insights & Strategy:

  • Analyze sales performance, pricing models, and competitor activities to deliver actionable recommendations to management.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to shape pricing, product positioning, and overall sales strategies.
  • Identify business pain points and propose data-backed solutions to overcome challenges.

Data Visualization & Reporting:

  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce.
  • Present clear visual reports on market trends, internal performance, and competitor movements to support strategic decision-making.

Advanced Analytics & Innovation:

  • Develop predictive models and utilize machine learning algorithms to uncover hidden opportunities.
  • Automate data collection processes to ensure efficiency and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with teams to push boundaries and exceed business goals through innovative data use.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Data Science, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, or relatable fields.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must).
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a team player and independently.
  • Effective communication in Thai and English (TOEIC score of 600+ or equivalent).
