The Marketing Analyst reports directly to the Head of Strategic Marketing & Insights and plays a key support role across multiple internal teams. This role is responsible for collecting, managing, and analysing marketing and social media data to improve performance across owned assets, including Chang Suek social media platforms and the 12th Club application. The position also supports client projects by conducting social listening analysis across various industries to uncover consumer insights, behavioural trends, and strategic opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing data projects from data collection through to insight generation and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, structure, and manage data from all Chang Suek social media platforms and the 12th Club application, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
  • Monitor, evaluate, and analyse performance metrics, translating findings into clear implications and actionable recommendations
  • Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Conduct social listening analysis for client projects across multiple industries to identify consumer insights, trends, and sentiment
  • Support cross-functional teams with data-driven insights to improve content strategy, campaign performance, and overall marketing effectiveness
  • Continuously identify and recommend opportunities to improve data collection, management, and analytical processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in an Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Business Intelligence, or data-related role
  • Understanding of football and/or an open mindset towards Thai football
  • Experience working in a technology-driven or data-focused environment is an advantage
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL (highly preferred), and basic understanding of data warehousing concepts, including ETL processes and data pipelines
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and social listening/research platforms (e.g. Zocial Eye, GWI) to generate actionable insights
  • Skilled in developing reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to support data-driven decision-making
