Core Responsibilities:
- Building automations with n8n + AI tools
- Finding simple manual tasks and turning them into workflows
- Sitting with teams to understand pain points and fix them
- Running weekly automation sessions and teaching people how to build
- Making sure automations don’t break (and fixing them when they do)
- Tracking time saved and sharing wins with the company
- Working with our parent company to stay aligned on AI direction
- Writing clear docs so people can follow your work
- Improving processes little by little, every week
You’ll help create a culture where “Have you tried automating it?” becomes normal
Requirements:
- Practical experience with n8n / Make / APIs
- Basic scripting (Python or JS helps)
- Curiosity and persistence
- Fresh grads welcome. We care about skills, not age.
- A portfolio of automations you’ve built (or you can show us live!)
- If you’ve automated a messy real-world process before, we want to see it.
