We’re looking for team partners to join us and strengthen our Employee Engagement & Internal Communication at Plan B Media.
Scope of Work
Engagement Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement year-round employee engagement programs and initiatives, such as annual events, recognition programs, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Design, administer, and analyze employee engagement surveys (e.g., Pulse Surveys) to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, proposing actionable plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and other HR functions to align engagement activities with corporate values and business strategy.
Internal Communication Management:
- Define and implement an internal communication strategy to ensure critical information (e.g, corporate news, policy changes, initiatives) is delivered to employees in a timely, clear, and consistent manner,
- Manage various internal communication channels (e.g., Intranet, email newsletters, digital signage) and create compelling, on-brand content.
- Support senior executives in communicating key messages and manage communication during sensitive issues or organizational crises.
Project and Operations Management:
- Manage the budget and resources allocated for engagement activities and internal
communication projects.
- Track and evaluate the success of programs/campaigns, providing regular performance reports to management.
Skillsets & Mindsets
1. Senior Experience in Employee Engagement and Internal Communication tools and methodologies.
2. Strong foundational skills in project management, using Excel formulas, and AI literacy.
3. Always passionate about creative work with an energetic mindset.
