Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with our innovation and strategic teams to interpret, advise, and apply media-related laws to dynamic advertising channels, including digital billboards, transit media, sports & music engagement marketing, and cutting-edge creative campaigns.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal documents related to major business partnerships—including international alliances—which are the backbone of our top-tier advertising solutions.
- Provide practical legal insight on Thai advertising, data privacy, and competition laws, ensuring compliance across the company’s diverse activities, from classical OOH media to digital and programmatic platforms.
- Handle corporate registration and secretarial duties for a publicly listed company, playing an integral role in upholding high corporate governance standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders to empower brands and campaign teams to run innovative, compliant, and market-leading promotions.
- Be groomed for future leadership positions as we set new benchmarks in the Thai advertising industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law with at least 5 years of experience, preferably from a corporate or media/advertising background.
- Deep understanding of business law, and a keen interest in the fast-paced, tech-driven media environment.
- Fluent in both Thai and English, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
