Are you a strategic legal professional ready to play a pivotal role in driving business success?
We are looking for a dynamic Legal Manager (Commercial Contracts) to join our high-performing team. You will take the lead in structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, while being a trusted advisor to the business on legal and strategic decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Negotiate: Drive end-to-end contract negotiation and drafting for a broad range of commercial contracts – including supplier agreements, client service arrangements, distribution, and partnership deals.
  • Strategic Legal Advisory: Partner with business leaders to balance legal protection with commercial objectives, enabling the company to seize growth opportunities with minimized risk.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks while ensuring compliance with local laws, global standards, and internal governance frameworks.
  • Contract Management Excellence: Design and implement streamlined legal and contract management processes, introducing best practices to drive efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with leadership, finance, procurement, sales, and operations teams to craft pragmatic contractual solutions that support business goals.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance, coaching, and knowledge-sharing within the legal team and across the organization.
  • Stay Future-Ready: Continuously track regulatory and industry trends, proactively recommending strategies to keep the company ahead of legal and compliance developments.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law; license to practice law is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of strong, hands-on experience in commercial contracts, corporate law, and legal risk assessment, ideally gained from top-tier corporations or law firms.
  • Core Skills:
    • Exceptional contract drafting and negotiation skills with proven business partnering ability.
    • Solid commercial acumen, able to balance risk management with business objectives.
    • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills in complex business scenarios.
  • Languages: Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a must; additional languages are a plus.
