We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Legal Manager (Litigation) to lead our litigation function and play a key role in protecting and advancing the company’s interests. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all litigation cases, disputes, claims, and court proceedings involving the company and its group businesses.
- Provide expert legal opinions and strategic advice on litigation matters, including commercial and labor disputes.
- Draft, review, revise, and negotiate commercial contracts and key legal agreements to safeguard business interests.
- Partner with cross-functional departments to provide solutions on commercial law and contract-related matters.
- Prepare and review pleadings, motions, defenses, and other litigation-related documents for court submissions.
- Represent the company in court proceedings, mediations, and dispute resolution processes.
- Keep abreast of legislative changes, regulatory updates, and evolving case law relevant to the company’s operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the litigation team, including lawyers, junior associates, and paralegals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
- Licensed to practice law in Thailand.
- 5–10 years of strong experience in litigation and legal procedures.
- Hands-on courtroom experience in civil, criminal, or administrative proceedings is highly advantageous.
- Prior experience with international or top-tier law firms will be a plus.
- Willingness to travel upcountry for litigation-related work.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
