Job Purpose
The HRD Manager – People Growth & Experience is responsible for designing, driving, and delivering comprehensive people development strategies that enhance employee capability, performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness across Plan B Media.
This role oversees Learning & Development (L&D), Performance Management System (PMS), Organization Development (OD), Talent & Succession Planning, Leadership Development, and Employee Experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to future leadership readiness.
The position acts as a People Strategist and strategic HR partner, working closely with the Chief People Officer to formulate, execute, and evaluate people growth & experience strategies aligned with business goals, culture, and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
1. People Growth & Experience Strategy
- Partner with the CPO and business leaders to develop and execute short-term and long-term people growth & experience strategies aligned with business direction.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to support organizational capability, culture, and leadership pipeline development.
- Translate people strategy into actionable frameworks, programs, and measurable outcomes.
2. Learning & Development (L&D)
- Design and manage end-to-end learning architecture including onboarding programs, academy frameworks, performance centers, future leader programs, and leadership development initiatives.
- Serve as Product Owner, Project Owner, Trainer, or Facilitator for assigned learning and development programs.
- Curate and deliver learning experiences through diversified channels: offline, online, blended, and on-the-job learning.
- Promote a continuous learning culture based on Learn / Unlearn / Relearn principles.
3. Performance Management System (PMS)
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management frameworks that drive accountability, growth, and high performance.
- Ensure PMS alignment with business strategy, leadership behaviors, and people DNA.
- Analyze performance data to identify development needs and improvement opportunities.
4. Organization Development (OD)
- Drive organization development initiatives including organizational design, role clarity, workforce capability, and change management.
- Support cultural transformation initiatives and reinforce desired behaviors across the organization.
- Lead employee engagement, well-being, and employee experience initiatives.
5. Talent, Succession & Leadership Development
- Lead talent development frameworks including talent review, succession planning, and future leadership readiness.
- Identify high-potential employees and design targeted development journeys.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen leadership capability and people management effectiveness.
6. Learning Technology & Data Analytics
- Own and manage learning technology ecosystems and HRD-related platforms.
- Leverage people and learning data to evaluate effectiveness, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
- Continuously enhance people practices through data-driven insights.
7. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver both operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented, and high-performance team culture.
- Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels with professionalism and credibility.
8. Other Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by the organization.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organization Development, Employee Experience, or related HR fields.
- Proven experience in strategic HR roles, people program design, and leadership development initiatives.
