We are looking for a detail-oriented QA / Software Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web and mobile applications. This role plays a key part in delivering innovative digital platforms that support our world-class Out-of-Home (OOH) media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Manual Testing

  • Test web and mobile applications to ensure functionality, performance, and usability meet requirements.
  • Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
  • Perform system, integration, and regression testing according to defined QA processes.
  • Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to validate business requirements and user expectations.
  • Provide feedback on product quality and recommend process or quality improvements.
  • Report testing progress, results, and potential risks to stakeholders.


Automated Testing

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework, or Postman.
  • Execute automated tests for both web and mobile applications.
  • Implement and maintain a scalable Quality Assurance Framework (QAF).
  • Analyze automation test results and communicate findings clearly to development teams.
  • Continuously improve automation coverage, tools, and QA methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automated).
  • Hands-on experience testing web and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework, or Postman.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills with a fair command of English.
  • Fast learner with a proactive and responsible mindset.
  • Leadership skills or experience leading QA initiatives is an advantage.
