Role Overview
As our Senior Account Executive for Government, you will take full ownership of managing government contracts—from drafting and review to negotiation, renewal, and close-out. You’ll ensure every contract aligns with agreed plans, keep stakeholders informed, and maintain a pristine contract database so projects run smoothly and deliver maximum value
Key Responsibilities
• Contract Management: Oversee all stages of government contracts (drafting, review, negotiation, renewal, termination).
• Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and external government agencies to meet deadlines and requirements.
• Database Oversight: Maintain a centralized contract repository; monitor expiry dates, send timely alerts, and update statuses.
• Reporting: Prepare and present monthly contract performance and status reports to senior management.
• Ad Hoc Support: Handle related tasks or special projects as assigned to support the team’s goals.
What We’re Looking For
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in contract management—preferably within the government sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and familiar with basic legal principles.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships with both internal teams and government stakeholders.
• Detail & Time Management: Meticulous, highly responsible, and adept at prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Quick thinker with the ability to handle urgent issues calmly and effectively.
• Attitude: “Can-do” mindset, proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn new skills.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working under pressure, flexible hours, and willing to travel as needed.
