Job purpose:
Responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting Out-of-Home (OOH) audience measurement data to support media planning, inventory management, and budget alignment. This role works closely with internal operation teams and support sales departments to ensure data accuracy and up-to-date OOH inventory information. Additionally, this role will serve as project leader/owner for OOH portal development, consolidating and gather end-users feedback to IT team
Main responsibilities:
1. OOH Data Tracking & Analysis
- Track and monitor OOH audience measurement data on a monthly basis
- Analyze performance data and prepare regular analysis reports for internal stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports
2. Master Data Planning & Management
- Plan, allocate, and maintain master data files on a quarterly basis
- Ensure master data aligns with quota plans and approved budgets
- Support data organization to enable effective planning and decision-making
3. Coordination with Operation Team
- Coordinate closely with the operation team to verify OOH inventory data
- Update information related to new OOH inventory packages
- Ensure all inventory data is current, accurate, and ready for use
4. Reporting & Support
- Prepare clear and structured reports and summaries for management review
- Provide data support for media planning, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Perform other related duties as assigned
5. Out – Of – Home (OOH) Portal development Platform
- Working closely with stakeholders and the IT team to lead and monitor the portal project, ensuring a successful launch and go-live on schedule
- Verifying all aspects of the UX/UI on the portal to ensure optimal functionality and feature performance
- Consolidating end-users feedback and gathering new requirements (if any) to support IT team
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer-Science, computer-engineering, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, UX/UI, media operations, e-Commerce or related roles
- Experience in OOH media, media agency, or media owner is an advantage
- Experience in data tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Good understanding of media data, OOH media, or inventory management (preferred)
- Good command of English (written and verbal)
