Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Management & Acquisition: Meet with clients, present products and services, assess requirements, maintain relationships with existing accounts, and expand the client base.
  • Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare commercial proposals and sales materials, negotiate terms and pricing, and close deals professionally.
  • Internal Coordination: Coordinate with Graphic Design, Customer Service, Finance/Accounting, and Media/Operations to ensure smooth delivery; monitor timelines and resolve issues.
  • Salesforce & Reporting: Record customer and deal status in Salesforce; produce sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations for management.
  • Ad Hoc & Collaboration: Support sales initiatives and events; work outside regular hours and on-site when required; collaborate to achieve team objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years’ experience in sales, media sales, or internal coordination; OOH/DOOH experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, with a strong can-do attitude.
