Responsible for recording monthly expense invoice entries.

Main responsibilities:
- Record regular fixed expenses, such as rent, fees, revenue sharing, etc.
- Update contracts with the department head.
- Initiate petty cash expenses.
- Revise accounting entries (JV-AP).
- Billing – create invoices and send them to the finance department.
- Receive and place monthly bills in the Internet-based system.
- Process payments for affiliated company invoices (Payment Voucher).
- Gather documents to support the audit team.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Qualification:
- Has a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable
- Has knowledge in accounting standards and accounts payable.
- Possesses strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to plan and control tasks according to the set plan.
- Exhibits agility in effectively solving specific problems.
