Job purpose:

Responsible for recording monthly expense invoice entries.

Job purpose:

Responsible for recording monthly expense invoice entries.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Record regular fixed expenses, such as rent, fees, revenue sharing, etc.
  2. Update contracts with the department head.
  3. Initiate petty cash expenses.
  4. Revise accounting entries (JV-AP).
  5. Billing – create invoices and send them to the finance department.
  6. Receive and place monthly bills in the Internet-based system.
  7. Process payments for affiliated company invoices (Payment Voucher).
  8. Gather documents to support the audit team.
  9. Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Education:  

Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Qualification:

  1. Has a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable
  2. Has knowledge in accounting standards and accounts payable.
  3. Possesses strong analytical skills.
  4. Demonstrates the ability to plan and control tasks according to the set plan.
  5. Exhibits agility in effectively solving specific problems.
