Job Purpose:

  • Closing the financial statements of the assigned company.
  • Recording and verifying the accuracy of the entire system.
  • Providing advice and troubleshooting for the team.
  • Coordinating with the AUDIT team and planning for taxes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Closing financial statements and maintaining data throughout the system.
  • Verifying the accuracy of GL and supporting details of the financial statements.
  • Planning operations, providing advice, and troubleshooting for the team.
  • Coordinating initially with the AUDIT team in auditing the financial statements.
  • Reconciling various data.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge, expertise, and proficiency in accounting standards and tax laws.
  • Professional certification: CPD.
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to plan and control work to meet the plan.
  • Excellent ability to solve problems on the spot.
  • Leadership skills, ability to manage and advise the team.
  • Clear communication skills and good interpersonal skills to build good relationships with stakeholders.
  • Negotiation skills, ability to persuade and compromise effectively.
  • High responsibility and attention to detail in performing and reviewing work effectively.
  • Ability to manage working time to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Good working attitude, “Can do attitude” and “Never stop” working.

Experience:

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in accounting.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Accounting Manager.
